Sullivan, Henry, Oggero provided design services for a 9-home project we built in Midtown recently. They created the site plan, designed floor plans and elevations, coordinated engineering, and provided construction drawings and permit sets. They were also helpful during the construction phase and we're always willing to provide assistance, including site visits. Robert Henry was able to make our dream home come true. He designed a beautiful yet functional home in West U despite our lot size constraints and West University's strict building codes.

Bat Oggero was my designer last year and I can say he did an exceptional job. After only one meeting, he was able to read my mind as to the kind of house I wanted. I was astonished that he picked details which really makes the house stand out. We are halfway through the building process and I just love how everything is coming together. The exterior as well as the interior has many lovely features that make the house beautiful. Everyone in our community is extremely impressed with the house. I would use their agency on any project.

Robert Henry designed our first house in Seabrook, Texas. After 10 years in that wonderful home, we had an interesting opportunity to buy and existing house and property in Bacliff, Texas. However, the Bacliff project would require substantial renovations and new construction and was a very complex project for a variety of reasons. Even before purchasing the Bacliff property, Robert visited the site with us and spent time helping us evaluate if we could accomplish what we wanted to on that property. We subsequently purchased the property and Robert created a beautiful design for us. He was an absolute pleasure to work with in the process and was a true professional.
